David BollardPianoDavid Bollard is well known to Musica Viva audiences from his many years with the Australia Ensemble. His career has included appearances in over thirty countries as solist, chamber musician and accompanist. He has collaberated with distinguished artists such as Alfredo Campoli, André Tchaikovsky Jane Maning, Rotraud Hansmann and Wanda Wilkomirska and recorded for Festival Records, the ABC, Vox Australis and Tall Poppies. He holds degrees in languages and music, and has been a staff member at Sydney Conservatorium, the University of Western Australia and is currently Adjunct Professor of Piano at the University of Tasmania Conservatorium of Music. |
